IMPORTANT:

- Rates given are available for a limited time only and are subject to change without notice.

- All prices are "PER COUPLE" and do not include Cooked Breakfast unless specified.

- Minimum 2 nights stay required.

- Super saver rates bookings will only be accepted online via our booking service or by email.

- Super saver bookings must be paid in full within two working days by supplying credit card details on our secure booking site or via telephone/fax.

- Super Saver rates are non-refundable

- Savings given are off normal weekend rates

- When making your online booking, please tell us that you would like to take advantage of the super saver rates in the "special requirements" part of the online booking form - THANKYOU!!!

-Tariff does not include breakfast unless specified.

-Check in time 2.00pm.

-Check out time 10.30am.

-Surcharges apply for late check out / early check in. (if available)

-Minimum 2 day stay

-Not suitable for children

-Non-smoking (inside)

Bookings and Payment:

- Super Saver bookings can only be accepted online via our booking service or email

- We require a payment in full via credit card within 2 working days of making a booking by supplying your credit card details to us via our secure booking service or via telephone or fax
